Prior to beginning her new role at Destinations International in January 2023, Lindsay spent 12 years in the hotel sector of hospitality with 9 of those years spent with Hyatt Corporation. She began her hotel journey while in college at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV where she fell in love with the industry and began her career journey! Her career has covered experience in Front of House Operations including Front Desk, Reservations, Guest Services and Housekeeping, Sales and finally moving into Human Resources. She has spent the last 7 years in Human Resources, and it feels like home! Lindsay has always had a passion for taking care of others and Human Resources gives her that platform daily. She believes deeply in the connection of success for a company and the overall happiness of their employees.
