Public Relations Benefits with Deveney Communications

• Deveney Communications offers LTPA Members a discounted hourly rate of $125 for work conducted.
• A twelve percent (12%) service fee will be billed monthly to cover normal office expense related to the work.
• All projects will be estimated in advance
• Billing for Project clients occurs in progress with one-half due before work begins and one-half due upon completion.

FedEx Discount Program - special discount thru LTPA

• Through the FedEx Advantage Program you will now receive special discounts on select FedEx shipping services.
• LTPA will be setting up a login for all members to sign up and received these special discounts on www.ltpa.org.
• If you need shipping supplies at no cost, you can obtain them by calling FedEx Customer Service at 800-463-3339, or by ordering them online at www.fedex.com.

Press Release Distribution with Louisiana Press Association

• Although press release distribution to Louisiana Press Association's newspaper database will no longer be offered free of charge, an enhanced distribution program is being offered to LTPA members at a highly discounted rate.
• For only $30 per press release you can reach Louisiana Press Associations databases of 183 media outlets including state newspapers and broadcasters. Your event will also be mentioned in their Twitter updates that will include a link to your press release.
• The value of this program is $215 per press release.
• To ensure all releases are received, Louisiana Press Association polls the media to determine the appropriate contact and their preferred method for receiving releases.
• Press releases can be sent as a word document via email to lroach@ltpa.org
